BET-MECHA Student Miqueas Yaye Bull Awarded Best Talent by PIFUA

3rd Year BET-MECHA student Mr. Miqueas Yaye Bull from the School of Engineering and Architecture (SEA) earned a well-deserved award at this year’s 5th International Conference, securing the title of Best Talent at the event hosted by the Philippine International Friendship and Understanding Association, Inc. (PIFUA).

Formerly known as the Philippine International Friendship Organization, the 51st PIFUA hosted the 5th International Conference – Training for International Students, Student Leaders and Advisers (ICTISSLA) at the Crown Legacy Hotel, where the awarding ceremony was held.

The awarding ceremony held at the Crown Legacy hotel last October 24-26, 2024.

Apart from his title of Best Talent, Mr. Bull was also among the finalists for the 51st Search for the Most Outstanding International Students in the Philippines for the School Year 2024-2025. He stood alongside students from Saint Louis University (SLU) and the Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas. 

In celebration of this significant milestone, university president Engr. Javier Herminio Bautista met Mr. Bull for a courtesy call at the President’s Office. With him were several members of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and SEA Dean Engr. Jeferd Saong. They warmly extended their congratulations to Mr. Bull, recognizing his efforts and hard work in getting to this point in his academic career.

Mr. Bull’s achievement embodies the university’s pursuit of perfection and academic excellence, commemorating his efforts as an excellent member of the student body. It exemplifies his critical and creative thinking and showcases his skills on an international level.
