The University of Baguio proudly congratulates the newly licensed Criminologists from the School of Criminal Justice and Public Safety (SCJPS)!
The results of the February Criminologists Licensure Examination (CLE) were released on March 7, 2025, with an overall percentage of 86.26% for first-time takers. The university achieved an overall passing rate of 84.67%, surpassing the national passing rate which sat at 60.50%.
The university also produced a top-notcher, with Mr. Theodore Domoguen emerging ranked Top 6 with an overall rating of 91.65%.

The students’ stellar performance at the licensure examination also earned UB the honor of being a Rank 10 Performing School, landing in the 101 to 199 bracket.
Hats off to the seven new criminologists for a job well done! Congratulations also to Dean Charesma Grace Lud-Ayen, Program Chair Dr. Warren Moyao, and the SCJPS faculty members for their unwavering support and collaborative efforts to produce these promising young professionals.
