UB Alumnus and Former UB SHS Teacher Receives the Eric Nubla Excellence Award

We proudly congratulate Engr. Romeo Quizon, #UniversityOfBaguio’s proud alumnus and former UB Science High School Physics Teacher, for his outstanding achievement in winning the Eric Nubla Excellence Award!

The award is given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and is a distinct honor given to a professional who excels in his profession and with distinguished contributions to society.

The University of Baguio emerged victorious in several categories, showcasing the talent and dedication of its students. In the Academic competitions, with the guidance of their coach Engr. Leah A. Talusig, the university secured a 2nd runner-up finish in the Interscholastic Quiz Show, with a team consisting of Aira Aguban, Aluin Ron Vallesteros, Ezer Lantaen, JohnRev Gat-eb, Marx Facsoy, and Raquel Catanes. The university also claimed 1st runner-up in the Elite Electronics Competition, with team members Lumawig Amdengan, Joezer Rei Wajchina, and Daniel Rivera demonstrating their technical expertise.
